Position Overview
The position is responsible for billing, audit and dispute resolution of carrier(vendor) invoices in the freight industry. These functions utilize Unishippers web-based programs. The position will interface on the phone/email with customers to provide quotations and answer general customer inquiries. Check us out at: www.unishippers.com

Hours: 25 30 Hours a Week, Daily M F Between 8 am 5 pm
Essential Job Functions
Customer billing
Perform carrier invoicing audits, file disputes & attain resolution
Assist in collection efforts
Answer phones
Generate quotes
Create shipping documents
Know the customer
Work with team to exceed customers expectations
