Accountemps is actively seeking an attentive, eager conditions specialist who can handle dealing with multiple files, and prioritize needs of clients for a growing company in Thousand Oaks. This temporary to full-time conditions specialist will be analyzing conditions for the loan process, specifically in the mortgage industry, and may be interacting with customers, and other third parties, in order to ensure accuracy of all documentation. The conditions specialist role will be challenging work, and this requires someone to be on their toes, focused, and detailed.
