The Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Financial Analyst will help to support the forecasting, reporting and analysis of the digital & physical lines of businesses within Universal Pictures Home Entertainment. The Analyst will play an important role in title level forecasting & budgeting, weekly/bi-weekly reporting, monthly financial pacing, and various quarterly and annual financial reviews. This person should have a finance or related background with excellent technical and analytical skills.  Attention to detail is important as the reporting our team generates is distributed across several teams within UPHE as well as other business units we work closely with. This position will report to the Director of Commercial FP&A, supporting the Commercial & Analytics team and will work closely with Brand, Global FP&A and Film HQ.Responsibilities:Manage digital and physical New Release financial estimates for Universal Pictures and Local AcquisitionsPartner with Analytics, Brand Marketing, Digital Distribution, and Global FP&A to create and lead Greenlight & Pre-Release ultimates through the UPHE Executive Management approval processPrepare and distribute weekly dashboard, ensuring accurate data gathering and title reportingDistribute weekly PVOD SummaryAssist with the updating and maintaining of premium forecasting filesAssist with monthly pacing forecast process for new release titles; help to consolidate and upload financial data to studio Film HeadquartersAssist in quarterly toolkit and annual deep dive review of title ultimatesSupport team reporting efforts using tools such as Power BIManage financial models to accurately reflect financial planning and analysis activities while maintaining tight communication with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Controllership, and Retail PlanningLiaise with account managers to ensure delivery of accurate and timely point-of-sale data from retailersIdentify useful enhancements to internal data warehouseSupport the Senior Management Team with ad-hoc data and financial analysis requestsWork with the team to drive business process improvements across the groupBuild effective business partner relationships with internal stakeholdersPresent updates to a wide variety of interested parties, tailoring the message to fit the needs of the audience
