The UPI Finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI Senior Management Team.  It oversees a complex, multinational network of owned operating companies, licensees and JV’s.  The team will partner closely with other HQ functions, all UPI operating companies and corporate groups based in London, Amsterdam and across the World.
The finance team is committed to fostering development and engagement with all team members, and to supporting a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture.Essential Responsibilities:Report to UPI Finance Sr. Manager on FP&A teamSupport Universal Pictures International (UPI) FP&A team in preparation and analysis of P&L & Cash Flow updatesAssist monthly / quarterly close processes including system reconciliations and marketing accrualsAssist monthly pacing including calculating and loading of “ancillary” P&L items into internal finance systemSupport updating of title international territory release dates into internal finance systemPrepare and consolidate territory cash flow pacing submissions and model updatesAssist in preparing management reports / dashboards to summarize financials and analysis for finance leadershipUpdate internal monthly finance calendars for monthly / quarterly closesCollaborate with controllership and finance teams to ensure coordinated processes / timely reportingSupport title master data set-up and management in sub-systems
