- Own projects including specifications, timelines and coordinating with analysts and technical development teams
- Work with internal subject matter experts and external vendors
- Follow projects daily and conduct weekly review for status
- Mitigate risks and provide best practices and procedures
- Document stages of project delivery and ensure any scope changes are provided to stakeholders
- Prefer at least a BA or BS degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- 5yrs experience in Program and/or Project Management environment
- 5yrs experience in a manufacturing environment - made to order fab is a PLUS!
- Negotiation skills and conflict resolution proficiency.
- Strong program financial acumen - experience in cost to complete, earned value, scope estimation, cost of goods sold and program and/or project gross margin.
- Familiar with AS9100 quality standards is a must.
- Blueprint reading, bill of material (BOM) understanding.
