Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for 4 Customer Service Agent looking to work for a large healthcare company in Torrance, CA, this person needs t be 50 miles from Torrance. This position would be 9-5:30 PM, and fully remote. In this role, you would be scheduling appointments, answering inbound calls and emails. This individual should expect to have 65+ communications per day with members, whether that is via phone, email, etc.Register patients and the public for classes, assist patients with access to educational, emotional, and financial resources.
