Retail strip center maintenance/3 days per wk

Seeking reliable person to handle porter service at a retail strip center in Tracy and Livermore. Your responsibilities include picking up trash/debris in the parking lot, spot sweeping, and maintaining enclosed dumpster area to be clean. Service needs are Mon, Wed, and Fri for Tracy and Mon and Thu for Livermore. Requires approximately 1 hr per day/per location. Scheduled service is between 10-12 noon. You will be on 1099 payment. Ideal candidate is someone looking for part time side gig to supplement income. Livermore location is near downtown area. This is not a temp work. Minimum 1 yr commitment.
