Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in South San Francisco, California. This role is within the biotech/pharma industry and will primarily involve providing technical support for hardware and software issues.Responsibilities: Handle migration from Google Suite to M365, including email, SharePoint, and OneDrive Utilize Slack for messaging and communication tasks Troubleshoot access, permissions, and conference room issues Provide both hardware and software support to resolve connectivity issues Manage a largely MAC-based environment with the help of Jamf Pro Maintain a portion of Windows 11 systems Address technical concerns related to Apple devices and Mac OS Support the technical needs of a biotech/pharma environment.
