We are Looking for a Self driven, motivated individual that wants to strive in the Painting Industry. A experienced painter with more that 6 years experience preferred.
Crew Lead:
Manages a crew of painters and may also perform paint-related tasks. Their responsibilities may include:
Project management: Understanding the project budget, setting daily production targets, and reviewing plans and
specifications.
Crew management: Assigning work, coordinating schedules, and monitoring attendance, appearance, and
language.
Training: Demonstrating painting methods and equipment operation, and ensuring new hires are trained
according to standards and procedures
Performance management: Monitoring crew performance and making adjustments to keep the job on track
Communication: Communicating effectively with other employees and customers
Job preparation: Completing pre-job walk-throughs and closing jobs properly
Paint-related tasks: Preparing surfaces, mixing paint and other materials, and applying paint, stain, primer, or
sealant.
Main responsibilities:
Show up for work precisely on time.
Responsible & Respectful person willing to learn and pay attention to detail.
Prep work (Scrape, sand, prime, caulk, wood filling, masking, etc.)
Keep all areas of job clean and clean up after yourself each day including brushes and all tools used.
Communicate with team members.
Work Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
(Must be available some weekends if needed.)
Have own transportation to job site & from job site.
Starting Pay Depending on Experience.
