Our reputable family owned and operated glass shop on the Central Coast is looking for a skilled auto glass technician to join and lead our auto glass team.
We are offering $20-$30/hour (depending on experience) for error-free workmanship and efficiency, medical benefits, paid vacation, holidays and more. A company vehicle will be provided along with all installation tools and materials.
Our business is based on customer and insurance referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must.
We have a great, professional team, offer an awesome work environment and are willing to beat competitor's wages for the right candidate! Ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of auto glass installation experience in all new and old vehicles. Knowledge and experience of RV glass, hot rod glass and chip repairs is a plus. Company vehicle will be provided along with installation materials. Must be willing to wear clean work uniform every day, have excellent references, doesn’t swear, loves to work, great attitude, no redo’s and can start immediately!

Must have a clean background and driving record and provide an MVR (motor vehicle report) from the DMV with your employment application.
