Our reputable family owned and operated glass shop on the Central Coast is looking for a skilled auto glass technician to join and lead our auto glass team.
We are offering $23-$27+/hour (depending on experience) for error-free workmanship and efficiency, medical benefits including full dental and vision, 401K retirement, paid vacation and holidays and more.
Our business is based on customer and insurance referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must.
We have a great, professional team, offer an awesome work environment and are willing to beat competitor's wages for the right candidate! Ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of auto glass installation experience in all new and old vehicles. Knowledge and experience of RV glass, hot rod glass and chip repairs is a plus. Company vehicle will be provided along with installation materials. Must be willing to wear clean work uniform every day, have excellent references, doesn’t swear, loves to work on a team, great attitude and communication, no redo’s and can start immediately!
An MVR (motor vehicle report) report will be requested as part of the application process.
