Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Salesperson to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a desire to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable vehicles.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits through test drives and product knowledge.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
