Cole Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking to add a motivated and engaging automotive parts advisor to our team. Cole Chrysler is a family owned business that has been a member of the San Luis Obispo business community for over 75 years. Our dealership provides a superior parts purchasing experience in a clean and modern working environment. We offer the best hours and the best pay plan in SLO! This position is full time, 5 days a week, and offers full benefits. A parts advisor is required to sell Mopar parts to both wholesale and retail customers providing a professional level of customer service. An experienced and motivated parts advisor should expect to earn $70,000+ a year based on an hourly wage and a sales commission bonus.
Parts Advisor
Approach, greet and offer assistance to any customer
Always promote Cole CDJR
Accurately specify parts
Order parts with appropriate level of priority
Follow-up on Special Ordered parts with customers
Receive and inventory freight
MRA any shorted or damaged parts
Inventory and process warranty return parts to manufacturer
Clean and maintain parts department appearance daily
Complete all training requirements
Requirements
Organized and friendly personality
Previous parts sales experience
Automotive Dealership experience preferred
