We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Clerk/Receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and responsible for maintaining accurate records through diligent data entry.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain and organize records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative or clerical role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
