WinnCompanies is looking for a Assistant Property Manager to assist our team located in San Luis Obispo, CA.
In this role, you will assist the Property Manager and Senior Property Manager in managing all aspects of a 105-unit, Market Rent property including Leasing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Service Requests, and Exceptional Customer Service.
This position offers a pay of $23 to $24 hourly. This opportunity work schedule consist of: Tuesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm, occasional Monday flex schedule.
