Local Grover Beach pest control company has an opening for a responsible, detail oriented pest control technician. Technician should be someone who likes to work outdoors, has a great attitude and understands how to provide great customer service. Are you ambitious, personable and available to start immediately? This position is for a route driver and a company truck will be provided. A successful candidate will:
Be 18 yrs old or older;
Have a valid driver's license;
Be able to communicate well and enjoy talking with people; and
Have a good work ethic - be dependable and hard-working.
We will provide training.
JOB DUTIES: Apply products to structures according to schedule. Drive company vehicle to customers' houses or places of business. Call customers to confirm scheduled services. Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition. Assist in sales to current customers through contact on route. Other duties as assigned.
Technician would be responsible to complete a daily route in a timely, efficient manner and be able to do simple math equations. Each route might have both commercial and residential clients daily. Must be able to interact with clients in a professional, personable manner.
COMPENSATION: $20-25 to start DOE
