Experienced baker needed for busy bakery in Morro Bay.
Saturday and Sunday shifts needed, 3:00 am - 11 am.
Must have experience baking in a retail bakery, and must know fundamentals of baking - baking times and temperatures, techniques, textures and flavors.
Prep shifts available during the week as well.
