Doughboy's Pizzeria GB is looking to fill the position of Pizza Chef. The pizzeria will be reopening soon.

This is a small Pizzeria with 10 tables. We anticipate most of our business to be with Door Dash & Pick Up from Online orders or phone-in orders.

We are not just looking for anyone. We would like you to be a part of the Doughboy's Team & Family.

Job descriptions are below:

Pizza Chef - As a Pizza Chef at Doughboy's, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to our recipes and standards. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by producing delicious, authentic pizza and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Food Handler's Certificate a plus, must have experience in the kitchen; working in a Pizzeria is a plus.

1. Pizza Preparation: - Must be able to make dough & roll dough. Prepare sauces and toppings according to recipes and specifications. - Create beautiful, delicious pizzas by assembling ingredients with skill and creativity.

2. Cooking: - Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively. - Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.

3. Quality Control: - Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation. - Conduct regular checks to ensure ingredients are fresh and ready for use.

4. Kitchen Maintenance: - Keep the kitchen and workstations clean and organized throughout your shift. - Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

5. Collaboration: - Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate orders and timing.

6. Inventory Management: - Assist in inventory control by keeping track of ingredients and supplies. - Notify Owners of low stock or needed supplies to ensure timely replenishment.

7. Customer Service: - Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any inquiries or special requests. Customer Orders, Delivering Pizzas to Customers' Tables, Ability to use the POS System & DoorDash System, Answering Phones for Telephone Orders
