Local Bakery looking for a long term manger or head baker. Early mornings and weekends a must. Sourdough bread is the main focus here. The right candidate will have a few years of bread baking experience, attention to detail, sense of urgency and and a positive attitude. The hours are 3am to 1130am. It is not easy to adjust to this schedule. A mature and stable personal life is a must as this is a mature and stable position. 4 day work weeks are a goal for us as the schedule is not easy. We bake everything we sell and we normally sell out daily. As time goes on there will be room for creative input and creations. We are looking for someone can follow systems that are already in place and make sure that those systems are being followed daily. The right person will be able to manage and communicate well with the other employees while also holding them accountable.
