Description:
- Gain exposure to tax consulting, planning, and preparation services under the guidance of senior professionals responsible for client engagement management.
- Develop familiarity with relevant sections of the Internal Revenue Code and regulations, utilizing firm library resources to enhance research techniques.
- Acquire proficiency in preparing various tax returns, including corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and others.
- Work closely with seniors, supervisors, managers, or partners to manage client engagements effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Stay abreast of current tax laws and accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Possess a four-year accounting degree
- Preferred: Obtain all educational prerequisites for the CPA Exam
- Demonstrate outgoing and proactive qualities, with a strong focus on client service.
- Exhibit adherence to professional standards and possess excellent communication skills.
