Who we're looking for

Encore is looking for a Seasonal Swing Driver/Loader who can work in the warehouse loading and unloading trucks for our Delivery Team during nights and weekends. The Swing Driver/Loader leads their team in the warehouse and on the road with load sheets and contracts. They ensure all orders are loaded and unloaded successfully and safely while maintaining accurate product counts and on time delivery and pickup.

What you'll do

Work as scheduled based on company requirements – including nights and weekends

Load, transport, deliver, and unload items to clients in a safe, timely manner

Safely operate a box truck ranging from 16 ft. to 26 ft. in length

Unload and stage returned product in correct area with all attached paperwork

Safely operate warehouse equipment, including reach lift, forklift, and order picker

Familiarize yourself with rental products including tables, chairs, dancefloor, stage, kitchen equipment, screens, lounge furniture, heaters, linen, warewash items, and more

To stand out you’ll need to

Have a high school diploma or equivalent

Have previous delivery driving experience of at least 1 year, preferred but not required

Have a valid California driver’s license and clean drivers record

Have customer service skills and a friendly approach

Be able to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds

Be proficient in English and Spanish, preferred but not required
