Who we're looking for
Encore is looking for a Seasonal Event Delivery Driver who will be an integral part of the success of the 2024 event season. The Event Delivery Driver represents the company while working with clients on site. This position offers great customer service as you interact with clients, vendors, and venues throughout the day. The Event Delivery Driver ensure all orders are delivered successfully including equipment preparation, accurate product count, safe loading and on time delivery and execution.

What you'll do
Load and unload rental equipment like chairs, tables, and tabletop items onto company vehicles for delivery
Deliver and pick up rental equipment to and from client locations in a timely and professional manner
Perform pre and post trip inspections on company vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
To stand out you’ll need to
Be proficient in spoken and written English
Work as scheduled based on company requirements – including weekends
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Have 1 year of experience driving class C box trucks, preferred but not required
Be able to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb
Be able to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds
Consent to a pre-employment screening and DMV motor vehicle report pull
Be able to pass E-Verify
