Your role as a Remodeling Carpenter would be not only be to put high quality work in place, but also to support the Project Manager in the management of larger projects, and provide independent bags-on management of smaller projects.
Your Qualifications Should Be:
- Minimum 10 years experience in all phases of carpentry - foundation to finish
- Fully Tooled, with Truck or Van w/racks
- Ability to read plans
- Be detail oriented and a good problem solver
- Fluent in English
- Be professional and conscientious
- Able to interact and work well with all types of personalities including, crew, subs, owner and clients.
- Desire to expand skills and responsibilities
- CA drivers license and clean DMV
- Drug Free, and preferred smoke free
- Good Attitude
- Team Player
- Professional appearance
- Punctual and Responsible
- Quality Professional References (A Must)
