East Bay | Residential Remodeling
We’re a residential remodeling company working across the East Bay–Concord, Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas. We specialize in full residential remodeling interior and exterior. We are looking for someone who has experience in kitchen/bath remodels, additions, flooring, drywall, finish carpentry, and interior remodel work.
We're now hiring a highly skilled carpenter who can jump in and contribute immediately.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of hands-on residential remodeling and carpentry experience
Strong carpentry skills: framing, rough carpentry, and high-quality finish carpentry
Proficiency in at least 3 trades: carpentry (rough + finish), drywall, flooring, tile, painting, light plumbing or electrical
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
Attention to detail and ability to keep a clean work site
Can follow plans and take direction without constant oversight
Has basic tools and reliable transportation (truck preferred but not required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish or experience leading small crews is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER

full-time (W-2)
Starting pay: $28–$40/hr based on skill level and experience
