Position Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Gutter Installer / Crew Leader to join our growing Coastal-North CA team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with a proven track record in gutter installation and fabrication—someone who leads by example, communicates well, and thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience installing Fascia, OG (K-Style), and Half Round gutters
Ability to demonstrate hand tabbing with precision
Proficiency in fabricating smooth steel and aluminum downspouts
Ability to fabricate and install drop miters and find custom angles in the field
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to unique installation challenges
Team Lead Experience - ability to run crew on job site and meet revenue goals
Responsibilities
Lead and manage gutter installation crews on residential and commercial projects
Measure, cut, and install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards
Ensure work meets our quality, safety, and customer service standards
Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques and best practices
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Ideal Candidate Will Possess

Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Sense of humor and willingness to contribute to a positive work culture
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Bilingual - English and Spanish is a plus
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
18 years of age or older
Comfortable working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs
