California, San francisco bay area 00000 San francisco bay area USA
Aplica ya

Do you love fixing things and solving problems? Are you someone who takes pride in getting things done and making sure everything runs smoothly? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re an arcade business with over 35 locations across the Bay Area, providing top-tier service on machines like Skee-Ball, air hockey, basketball, claw machines, photobooths, and more. Our job is simple: keep our customers happy and our games up and running.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Maintenance & Operations Associate to help us keep our arcade machines in tip-top shape. You’ll be the person who troubleshoots, fixes, and maintains the games in the field. This is a hands-on job, and you’ll be expected to lift heavy objects when necessary. Our ideal candidate is someone who’s operationally minded, a quick problem-solver, and who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

What We’re Looking For:

A problem solver who loves fixing things and is always looking for solutions.

Someone who’s resourceful, learns fast, and is willing to take initiative.

Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with a lot of different people and need to explain things clearly.

Someone who can document work with photos and notes, and keep everything organized.

Availability on weekends, because that’s when many of our games need attention.

While some experience fixing electronics is a nice-to-have, it’s not a dealbreaker.

A valid driver’s license is required. A car is helpful but not necessary.

Pay: $25-$35/hr depending on experience.

Time commitment: 20-30hrs per week to start

Why You’ll Love This Job:

Work with cool arcade machines.

Be part of a tight-knit team that values resourcefulness and problem-solving.

Opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply:

We’re all about personality here, so if you think you’d be a great fit, show us! Send us a picture of something you’ve cleaned or fixed with before-and-after photos to demonstrate your attention to detail and ability to document your work. If you don’t have before and after photos, explain your process and what you did to troubleshoot and fix something that was broken. It’s a small but important step to help us see that you can meet the standards we require.

We will ignore applications that don’t include a note about the above “How to Apply” requirement.

If you’re the type of person who loves fixing things and solving problems, we’d love to meet
