Position: Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Location: Fremont, CA
Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base + quarterly bonus ($15K–$25K average/year), full benefits

Key Responsibilities
Drive the coordination of project tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and strong organizational skills.
Support Project Managers from award through closeout
Track submittals, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
Assist with procurement and logistics for materials and vendors
Coordinate field activities and help ensure schedule alignment
Maintain T&M, safety, and tracking logs; help manage MSDS library and samples
Participate in coordination meetings and internal project planning
What You Bring
Experience in construction, millwork, cabinetry, or related trades preferred
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or related trades.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask
Tech proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam required; Procore a plus)
Strong communication and a team-first attitude
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Top Compensation: $75K–$90K base + company performance-based quarterly bonuses (avg. $15K–$25K/year, no cap)
