Seeking a highly qualified Project Manager for immediate work in Marin County. Applicants must have extensive (min. 8 years) in the field of residential construction and remodeling with project values in the range of $3-5 million.
Our expectations:
You can assist in managing multiple high-end residential construction projects throughout their lifecycle. Monitoring project financials, including cost tracking, budget forecasting, and change order management while collaborating closely with site supervisors, architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, vendors and high-end clientele. You need to be comfortable with technology and know your way around a spreadsheet.
