Requirements:
- Experienced in residential repairs and improvements
- Must own a reliable truck or van
- Must provide own tools
- Must not have any physical limitations – job requires lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and handling materials
- Strong knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and general home maintenance
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented

- General home repairs and maintenance
- Drywall repair and painting
- Light plumbing and electrical work
