Strong solar experience / knowledge, drive, and the ability to inspire and direct a dedicated team make you the ideal candidate.As the Simply Solar Electrician Superintendent, you will:Oversee crews to ensure projects meet the schedule, budget, and quality requirements outlined in the project scope.Hire, train, and supervise in-house installers, electricians and technicians, as needed.Oversee the daily workflow of assigned personnel and ensure safe installation standardsInvestigate incidents, near misses, and accidents to provide relevant documentation to the main officeDrive Installation best practicesDrive safety and quality initiativesReview and understand labor, materials and costs involved with each install or correctionAssist in scheduling for Installation CrewsRequired Skills and Abilities:5+ years of solar & battery industry experience requiredThorough understanding of solar and roofing industry principles, procedures, and best practicesGood judgment with the ability to make accurate and timely decisionsExperience managing solar installation crews and superintendentsExceptional managerial and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflowAbility to read and understand project budgets vs actuals, invoices, and regional profit and loss reports.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGeneral technical aptitude with computer and mobile-based softwareValid CA Drivers License and clean driving recordWorking knowledge of OSHA requirements required, OSHA 30 preferredElectrician or equivalent experience preferredNABCEP PV Installer certification preferredCompensation and Benefits:$70,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experienceHealth/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance401(k) PlanRegional & Company Performance Bonus15 days PTO in your first yearPlus 7 paid holidays per yearAnd more!About Simply Solar:At Simply Solar, we are dedicated to helping California communities adopt clean energy and achieve a brighter future.
