Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising construction projects, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
- Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Monday for project management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
- Proficiency in ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, Primavera, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of budgeting and cost management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and project management processes

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
