Job Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse and Refurbishment Technician to join our team in SF. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, excels at solving problems, and has a proven aptitude for building, tinkering, and practical hands-on tasks. This role requires a strong sense of teamwork, common sense, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and inventory management.

Inspect, test, and refurbish equipment and materials to ensure they meet company standards.

Follow detailed instructions to disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble items.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in alignment with Lean and 6 Sigma principles.

Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and optimize workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, tools, and materials.

Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a warehouse or refurbishment environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude with a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving.

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and maintain focus under pressure.

Team player who communicates effectively and contributes to a positive work environment.

Forklift/Pallet Jack Operation

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools and materials commonly used in warehouse refurbishment processes (i.e drills, bits, scanners, box cutters, pallets).

Familiarity with inventory management software or warehouse management systems.

Demonstrated ability to implement Lean and 6 Sigma methodologies in past roles.
