- Must be customer service-focused and patient.
- This is a contract role (1099). No benefits. This is NOT full-time at this time.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- You need to have reliable transportation and your own laptop.
- Ideal candidate has 3-4+ years in help-desk or field tech work. It is also an excellent opportunity for someone working in an Apple or computer store who wants to take the next step out of the brick-and-mortar environment.
- Deep understanding of Mac OS, Windows, Wi-Fi, PCs, iPhone, Android, smart home devices, etc. - Comfortable and curious about technology in general.
