Key Responsibilities
System Design & Integration: Define specifications, select hardware (cameras, lenses, lighting), and integrate vision systems with automation/robotics.
AI & Deep Learning Applications: Train, test, and deploy machine learning models for industrial inspection and quality control.
Prototype & Testing: Build proof-of-concepts, conduct experiments, and validate system performance under production conditions.
Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, product, and project teams to deliver customized solutions for global customers.
Customer Support: Provide technical expertise during project implementation, troubleshoot issues, and support onsite deployment when required.
Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices, create technical guides, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Optics, Vision, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
5+ years of experience in machine vision, image processing, or related fields (industrial automation experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of optics, lighting, and industrial camera/lens selection.
Experience with C/Python programming and real-time system deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to innovate under production constraints.
Willingness to travel internationally for project support.

Competitive package including base salary and bonus. Compensation will depend on experience and qualifications.
