What You’ll Do

Support customers with machine vision solutions (on-site/off-site).

Assist in evaluating projects, testing product functionality, and reporting results.

Provide technical support to sales, including product demos, presentations, and training.

Manage and maintain demo equipment for sales engineers.

Create and update technical guides, manuals, and training materials.

Report product issues to R&D and support product launches.

Attend marketing exhibitions and support international teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in machine vision preferred.

Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree in STEM field.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Willingness to travel, including internationally.
