SOLAR SALES CONSULTANT– Commission Only

(Earn 10% Per Contract | Leads Provided | California License Required)

Soltari is seeking high-performing, commission-driven Solar Sales Consultants to close deals and lead solar sales teams in one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding industries. This opportunity offers 10% commission on total contract value, with leads provided, full operational support, and access to our industry-leading tools and training. This is a non-exclusive, flexible, 1099 contractor role with no earnings cap.

Position Overview:

Role: Solar Sales Consultant / Sales Manager (Commission-Only)

Compensation: 10% of total contract value + team override bonuses

Structure: 1099 Independent Contractor (Non-Exclusive)

Location: Remote and/or field-based (nationwide)

Schedule: Fully flexible — set your own hours

Licensing: Must hold or obtain a valid Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) license in California for in-home sales

Key Responsibilities:

Personally close sales from leads provided by Soltari

Guide prospective clients through the consultation and proposal process

Help manage pipelines and support team members throughout the sales cycle

Attend virtual training and leadership calls

Track progress and deals through CRM and proposal tools

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales (required)

Proven leadership experience in sales or team management

Highly self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented

Strong communication and presentation skills

Familiarity with CRM and digital sales platforms

Must be licensed (or able to obtain HIS license) to conduct in-home sales in California
