Garton Tractor Santa Rosa is looking for a professional Sales Coordinator/Marketing Event specialist. This single position for a person that thrives on being busy, loves to take on challenges, has integrity and proper work ethic.
Sales Coordinator
This person will be responsible for direct customer contact from start to finish of the sales process. This will include processing credit applications, inputting equipment information into manufacturers finance data-base, acquiring insurance binders from customers agents, producing invoices, creating DocuSign documents for customer signatures, and finally sending complete packages in for payment. We have an extremely busy showroom which requires greeting and directing customers to the right sales personnel. The sales staff of 4 is high energy and many transactions are immediate which will require the talent of multi-tasking at a very high degree as customer service is paramount. This person must be able to work with a level of positivity, accuracy, and perfection consistently. Needs a hawk eye to double check salesmen’s VIN and Stock numbers to make sure all the equipment documents are exact.
Marketing/Event Specialist
The Garton Tractor Santa Rosa location participates in 20 plus special events annually that include trade shows, Agriculture and Construction Fundraisers/Industry support events and fun community projects. This person will oversee coordinating with these various entities through the sales team to assign equipment and personnel to these events, and assist the sales team at these events for maximum customer benefit.
Overall, this is a highly public position located in the middle of the business that has a lot of activity. Busy phones, 100 people walk through the door daily for sales, parts and service and no two days are the same. The Santa Rosa Garton tractor branch employs over 35 employees that have been an essential part of the growth of this business with many having 5-10-15 year anniversaries. This is accomplished by have a light and fun work atmosphere that is serious about correct customer service.
Experience is necessary. This is a position that the right person will be performing some of the above tasks on day one.
This is a full-time position accruing 2 weeks’ vacation/PTO the first year, medical, dental, vision, 401k plans available for all.
