Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through agent-sourced and company-sourced leads.
Maintain active engagement with clients through regular communication, feedback collection, and training on new services.
Meet or exceed sales targets, with a keen eye on both one-time and recurring sales opportunities.
Commission Only Structure:
Agent-Sourced Leads: Earn up to 20% commission on one-time services and a graduated commission on recurring orders (15% initial month, 10% subsequent months), plus a bonus for high-value sales.
Company-Sourced Leads: Benefit from a tailored commission structure recognizing the collaborative effort (15% one-time services, 10% initial month of recurring orders, 5% thereafter), with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in digital services or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
