Connect Mobile LLC is seeking enthusiastic and motivated lifeline sales agents to promote and enroll eligible customers into the government-funded Lifeline Assistance Program. The Lifeline Sales Agent will be responsible for educating individuals about the program, verifying eligibility, and ensuring successful enrollments. This role requires excellent communication, people skills, and a passion for helping underserved communities gain access to essential communication services.

Key Responsibilities:

Educate and inform potential customers about the Lifeline Program and its benefits.

Screen applicants to ensure they meet federal and state eligibility requirements.

Assist customers in completing enrollment applications and verifying necessary documentation.

Actively engage with the public in designated locations (events, community centers, retail stores, door-to-door, etc.).

Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional, approachable attitude.

Stay up to date with program rules, compliance requirements, and company policies.

Accurately record customer information and submit completed applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse communities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to follow program compliance requirements with integrity.

Comfortable working outdoors or in public spaces.

Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish/other languages).
