Ronbow Corporation has been a leading global manufacturer and distributor of luxury bathroom furnishings for almost 20 years. Now Ronbow is adding kitchen cabinets, flooring, hardware, to become a one-stop shop, high-end home improvement solution.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager – Northern California Region to join the company. The position is accountable for developing, managing, and maintaining local customers for long-term relationships and maximizing sales opportunities.

Your day-to-day

Actively engage with prospective new customers via phone, web conference and in-person to introduce Ronbow products and our value proposition

Consistently research and prospect within Northern California territory to identify new potential customers, including but not limited to showroom stores and industry professionals like general contractors, interior designers, architects and developers.

Drive the entire sales process from start to finish including prospecting, opportunity identification, introductory meetings, product demonstration, as well as negotiation and closing

Continuously drive new revenue and establish new relationships with clients

What you bring to the team

2 years of sales experience

Experience selling into the Home Improvement/Kitchen/Bathroom/Flooring market REQUIRED. Extensive knowledge in related industries REQUIRED. Well-connected in related industries REQUIRED.

Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.

Experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and closing

Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

Natural extrovert. Motivated, energetic, thriving to success and always hungry.

Resourceful, passionate, with a can-do attitude. You are the kind of person who always proactively tries to find the answer instead of waiting for the answer.

Creative, self-motivated, problem solver, who can work with little direction in a start-up like environment.
