Experience in project management, estimating, or sales is not required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Sales: Directly engage with clients to create and deliver proposals both in-person and electronically.
Supplies and Tool Management: Efficiently manage pre-ordering of necessary supplies and tools to fully equip the team for all projects.
Crew Coordination: Organize and lead pre-project meetings with painters and carpenters, and ensure optimal start of weekly activities by coordinating early Monday gatherings.
Proposal and Job Follow-Up: Actively monitor and follow up on proposals to ascertain client decisions and conduct thorough post-completion job assessments to address any client concerns and facilitate collections.
Ongoing Project Management: Regularly perform project assessments to ensure alignment and effective communication between the crew and clients.
Safety Oversight: Conduct bi-weekly safety meetings and perform safety walk-throughs to uphold and reinforce our strict safety standards.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: A 4-year college degree is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, various mobile and desktop apps, and an understanding of current technological trends.
Professional Skills: A proven track record of exceeding performance metrics, with exemplary communication skills that ensure smooth interactions between clients and team members.
Additional Competencies: Experience in lead generation and a solid understanding of residential and commercial property structures will be advantageous.
