As part of our expansion, we're seeking a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Partnership Manager to join our leadership team and help drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strategic partnerships that will bring in new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, particularly Project Managers and the Dispatch Manager, to generate and nurture leads.
Identify potential partners, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses
Lead business development initiatives aimed at expanding our network of clients and partners.
Track partnership performance and provide insights to improve and refine our approach.
Uncovering and understanding a company’s needs
Attend industry events and meetings to represent our company and foster new business connections.
Staying current on company offerings and industry trends
Maintaining a database of contact information
Requirements:
Familiarity with the plumbing industry or a similar trade is a plus but not required.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving business growth.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Experience level: Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Supplemental pay types: Performance-based bonuses.
Travel requirement: Some Local Travel.
