Job Overview:

As a Painting Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales and building relationships. This role requires a proactive individual with a great personality and enthusiasm. You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients to provide tailored painting solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their painting needs, provide expert advice on color selection, finishes, and techniques, and develop customized proposals.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Product Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of our product offerings.

Quoting and Estimation: Prepare accurate quotes and detailed project estimates on time, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget.

Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients to nurture leads and close sales.

Qualifications:

Full-time position:

Must have proven experience in sales, preferably in the painting, construction, or home improvement industry.

Strong understanding of painting products, techniques, and industry standards.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
