Compensation:

Hourly rate: $35/hour

Commission-based incentives: 20% commission on deals closed, with each commission check potentially reaching up to $20K-$30K

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our business development department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and targeted outreach

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to build trust and establish credibility

Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings to promote our products/services and close deals

Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients and drive revenue growth

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business development strategies

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity-related field

Strong understanding of technology, including familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and best practices (bonus points if you have direct experience in this area!)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with clients

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry (e.g., tech, cybersecurity)

Knowledge of key industries or sectors (e.g., Technology, healthcare, finance, government)
