Business Development Manager - Existing Relationships

Well established San Francisco based property Management Company is looking for a business development representative to help drive value and NOI growth for our existing client’s assets. Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of multi-family or commercial real estate experience. Incredible opportunity to work with over 200 + building owners in the city of San Francisco to enhance their building & nest egg value. While not a requirement, a candidate with a background in remodel/renovation experience and someone who understands financing is an added bonus. The candidate who is identifying & unlocking value for our clients has the ability to make over $200,000 a year. The position will be a combination of base salary and performance pay.
