We are looking to expand the East Bay office team!

Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and self-motivation a must! Bilingual candidate a plus!

Interact with property managers, developers, building owners, and/or condominium

associations (HOAs) to update contacts, arrange access, and schedule installs.

Receive and reply to incoming (phone and written) inquiries for information or service

and leverage into the sales / operations process.

Self manage activity between emails, phone calls, site visits, and field time

prospecting to help maintain a healthy sales funnel for the East Bay territory.

Daily documentation of activity and efforts to track and maintain multiple accounts

from the introduction of service to the close of the deal and beyond.

Help facilitate site surveys with the construction team to help answer customer

questions, draft new scopes of work, and ensure proper build of network at buildings.

Work with Network Support, New Service, and Marketing departments to schedule

and track appropriate department support for the sales / operational process.

Present and manage the documentation process for Access Agreements and

Certificates of Insurance for all buildings added to the network. Keep internal ops

pages up to date with proper pricing, access, and contact information.

Maintain activity to help the team meet or exceed monthly sales goals for network

and subscriber growth.

Attend department and company All-hands meetings to further product knowledge

and help strategize building the brand / optimizing workflow.

This is a full time position — working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM based in

Oakland, CA.
