As a Catering Sales Coordinator in the hospitality industry, your job is to make sure orders are entered correctly and collect payment. You'll work closely with clients to plan menus, arrange decor, and manage budgets. This is Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30 pm desk job. You will manage emails, answer phones, work with the kitchen, drivers and office staff to keep us organized and up to date with changes. Your goal is to exceed the clients' expectations and deliver a memorable experience.

In addition to coordinating events, you'll also be responsible for generating sales leads and developing new business relationships. This requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. You'll need to be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills, be a natural problem-solver, and have the ability to work well under pressure. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is helpful, but not required. Above all, you must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for clients. This position is the first thing our clients experience and a good impression helps the client feel comfortable working with us. We work as a team. We must act, dress and speak professionally. Our team works well together and we need more help.
