Are you interested in neuroscience, AI, and new technology? Our team is developing thought-to-text software using non-invasive brain interfaces—and we’re looking for reliable, independent, problem-solving individuals who work well with people to help run our in-person data collection sessions.
You’ll be working with participants in our Oak Street office, helping guide them through research sessions using a headset that translates brain activity into text. You’ll also manage scheduling and ensure sessions run smoothly. You'll be working independently, but with full support and training from our team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage in-person research sessions
- Independently diagnose and solve arising technical issues
- Guide participants and provide instructions
- Manage & verify session bookings, including calling upcoming participants
- Record notes and monitor session quality
- Use our custom software and tools
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (fluent English)
- Computer-proficient, comfortable inputting basic commands into a command line interface
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Comfortable working either early mornings or late nights
- Based in the SF Bay Area and able to work on-site
- Experience working with people is a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
$200 per day, between 5 and 7 days a week based on your preference.
Must be willing to work shifts either in early mornings or in late nights.
