About Us:
Founded in 2013, lesley evers boutique makes fun & colorful apparel with original textiles. We’re a small and growing business. In 2022, we average 4.9/5 stars for the Rockridge location. Currently new styles with textiles are released every week. Everyone works closely with each other in our small business and we’re looking for someone with customer service experience to open additional days and hours at our new Palo Alto location.
About The Location
This is the third location. This is a new store location in Palo Alto that is planned to be open Summer 2024.
Job Responsibilities:
Be friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provide exceptional customer experience.
Help create a warm & inviting environment for shoppers by keeping fitting rooms and displays tidy and in good order.
Foster deep care for the local community by creating enduring relationships.
Familiar with point-of-sale systems & loyalty programs.
Listen and learn customer preferences and make relevant recommendations
Assist store manager in inventory management & stocking
Assist store manager in merchandising
Set great example for other associates with honesty and integrity
Be punctual and have reliable transportation to and from store
Able and willing to adapt to change
Skills & Requirements:
Previous clothing boutique and customer service experience is preferred
Positive attitude and self motivated to treat every customer with exceptional care
Consistently demonstrate accountability, reliability, and professionalism
Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while keeping customer service a priority.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable standing for a long period of time. Be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
