About the Role:
As a Stock & Online Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our store runs smoothly by assisting customers, keeping inventory organized, fulfilling online orders, and helping maintain a beautiful retail space. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on work with inventory management, customer interaction, and e-commerce fulfillment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist customers with product recommendations and provide excellent service
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Unpack, organize and restock inventory
Maintain store appearance, ensuring displays are neat and engaging
Assist with merchandising and floor resets
Fulfill online orders, including picking, packing, and shipping
Support team members with day-to-day operations as needed
Who You Are:
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to lift and move boxes (up to 40 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
Prior retail or stock experience and familiarity with Shopify are a plus
